Index Your Website Content

Before SEO Repair Kit can analyze your internal linking structure, it needs to index your website content.

Go to:

SEO Repair Kit → Internal Linking → Content Index

The Content Index contains:

• Indexed Content
• Domains Report

Run a Website Content Scan

The summary cards display:

• Total Indexed
• Pages
• Posts
• CPT Items

Under Website Content Scan, you can view the current scan status and progress.

To refresh your content index:

1. Open Content Index.
2. Click Start Scanning.
3. Allow SEO Repair Kit to process your website content.
4. Monitor the progress until processing completes.

A Pause option is also available while applicable.

Understand Indexed Content

The Indexed Content table provides information about individual pages and posts.

Post Title

Displays the indexed content item.

Type

Identifies the content type, such as Post or Page.

Status

Displays the current content status.

Word Count

Shows the recorded word count.

Inbound Internal

Shows internal links pointing to the content item.

Outbound Internal

Shows internal links from the content item to other content on your website.

Outbound External

Shows links from the content item to external websites.

Last Indexed

Shows when the item was last indexed.

Actions

Provides available actions for reviewing or managing the indexed item.

View the Domains Report

Inside Content Index, select:

Domains Report

The Domains Report groups indexed external links by domain.

The table contains:

• Domain
• Posts
• Links
• Actions

View Posts

Click View Posts to inspect content associated with the selected domain.

View Links

Click View Links to inspect links associated with that domain.

Refresh the Content Index when you need updated link information.
