Understand the Summary

Content is grouped into:

Critical Orphans

Content classified as critical based on its current inbound-link state.

Low Inbound

Content with a low number of inbound internal links.

Healthy Content

Content with a healthier inbound-link state.

Ignored Items

Content intentionally excluded from active orphan-content review.

Refresh Orphan Status

Click:

Refresh Orphan Status

to update the current classification using available indexed data.

Filter by Risk Level

Use the Risk Level selector and click Filter.

Understand the Table

The table contains:

• Post/Page Title
• Type
• Inbound Links
• Risk Level
• Actions

Find Opportunities

Click Find Opportunities for an item when you want to find potential internal links for that content.

Ignore an Item

Click Ignore when you intentionally do not want an item included in active orphan-content review.
