Product Configuration does not show the product information I need

Make sure the appropriate e-commerce plugin and product content are available on the website. The Product Schema screen notes that WooCommerce or another e-commerce setup is required to provide relevant product data.

Product Schema is assigned to the wrong content

Check Assign to Post Type.

For the WooCommerce configuration covered in this guide, it should be set to:

Products

SKU is missing from the generated schema

Check that:

SKU → Post Meta → _sku

is configured and that the corresponding product has an SKU value.

Price is missing

Check the product’s pricing information and verify that Price is mapped to the intended metadata.

The configuration shown uses:

Price → Post Meta → _price

Regular Price or Sale Price is empty

Check whether the corresponding product actually has these values configured.

The mappings shown are:

Regular Price → Post Meta → _regular_price

Sale Price → Post Meta → _sale_price

A product without a sale price may not provide a value for _sale_price.

Brand is missing

Make sure Brand is mapped to the intended taxonomy and that a brand is assigned to the product.

The configuration shown uses:

Taxonomy → Product brands

Category or Tags are missing

Make sure the product has the appropriate categories or tags assigned.

The configuration shown uses:

Category → Taxonomy → Product categories

Tags → Taxonomy → Product tags

The JSON-LD Preview contains unexpected information

Review the relevant Field Mapping.

Check both:

Source → Value

For example, if the SKU is incorrect, verify that the SKU field is mapped to the intended product metadata.

After correcting the mapping, review the JSON-LD Preview again.

Product Schema does not validate

Check any validation message and review the corresponding field mappings. Also make sure the mapped product actually contains the expected information.

After making corrections, save the schema and run Validate Schema again.
