Schema Manager shows “Premium Required”

Make sure the website has the required plan. If the license was recently updated, click Refresh License Status.

I selected a schema but cannot complete its configuration

Check the fields shown in that schema’s Configuration panel. Different schema types require different information. For example, Author requires an Author Type, while Article requires a post type before its mappings can be completed.

FAQ does not show a page to select

First choose the appropriate option under Assign to Post Type. The Select Item (Post/Page) field can then display content from that selected post type.

I see a warning about multiple article schemas

Check whether Article, BlogPosting, or NewsArticle are assigned to the same post type. Use the most appropriate article-type schema for the content instead of overlapping configurations.

Required fields are incomplete

Look for fields marked with an asterisk (*) and make sure the required source/value has been configured.

The JSON-LD preview does not contain the information I expected

Review the enabled fields and their Field Mappings. Make sure each property is mapped to the intended WordPress source and value, then check the preview again before saving.

I changed my license but Schema Manager is still locked

Click Refresh License Status on the Schema Manager screen to refresh the displayed license state.
