Configure FAQ Schema

The FAQ schema uses a different workflow because its structured data is built from questions and answers.

Step 1 — Select FAQ

Select FAQ under Schema Types.

Step 2 — Assign the post type

Use Assign to Post Type to choose the content type containing your FAQ content.

For example:

Step 3 — Select the item

After selecting a post type, the Select Item (Post/Page) field appears.

Choose the specific page or post where the FAQ content belongs.

Step 4 — Add questions and answers

Under FAQ Questions & Answers, click:

+ Add FAQ

Enter:

• Question
• Answer

Use + Add FAQ again to add additional question-and-answer pairs.

Use Remove when you need to delete an FAQ entry.

Step 5 — Save and validate

Review the generated JSON-LD and click Save Schema.

You can then use Validate Schema or Test with Google.
