SEO AI Assistant Troubleshooting

Use this guide when you are having difficulty using SEO AI Assistant or are not getting a useful response.

In this guide

  • AI Assistant is not available
  • Question cannot be sent
  • Response is too general
  • Response does not understand the issue
  • Technical answer needs more explanation
  • When to contact support

SEO AI Assistant Is Not Available

Open:

SEO Repair Kit → AI Chatbot

Check the status shown in the Chat Console.

The current working interface displays:

Licensed & Active

If your installation displays a different status, review the status shown there before continuing.

Because the screenshot does not show the possible inactive/error states, the documentation should not invent specific activation errors or recovery steps until those states are documented.

I Cannot Send My Question

First make sure you have entered text in:

Type your SEO question here…

Then use the send arrow beside the field.

If the interface displays an error after sending, keep the exact error message available when contacting support.

The Answer Is Too General

Make the question more specific.

Instead of:

How do I improve SEO?

provide the actual problem:

I’m using WordPress and one of my published pages isn’t being indexed. What should I check?

Include the relevant CMS, feature, or plugin where useful.

The Assistant Does Not Understand My Problem

Try describing:

  1. What you are working on.
  2. What you expected.
  3. What actually happened.
  4. The relevant feature or plugin.
  5. A short error message, if available.

For example:

I’m using SEO Repair Kit Redirection. I created a 301 redirect from /old-page/ to /new-page/. The old URL still returns a 404. What should I check?

I Don’t Understand the Technical Answer

Ask a follow-up question.

For example:

Can you explain that in simple steps?

or:

Where exactly can I find this option in WordPress?

You can continue the same conversation rather than rewriting the entire problem.

The Suggested Change Affects Indexing or Crawling

Before changing important SEO controls such as robots directives, canonical URLs, redirects, or indexing settings, confirm that the suggested configuration matches your intended website behavior.

If you are uncertain about a product-specific change, use SEO Repair Kit Support.

Still Need Help?

Use the Contact Support card displayed beside the Chat Console.

When contacting support, provide:

  • The SEO problem
  • What you expected
  • What actually happened
  • Relevant SEO Repair Kit feature
  • WordPress version where useful
  • SEO Repair Kit version
  • Relevant error message
  • Screenshot where helpful

Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
